Terms of Service

These terms cover every website project and plan from DesiWeb ("we", "us"). By paying an invoice from us, you ("the client") agree to them. If anything here conflicts with a written proposal we both signed, the proposal wins.

1. The work

We build the website described in your quote or invoice. Before you pay anything, we design a free mockup of your homepage. Small changes during the build are included. New pages or features beyond your quote are priced and agreed in writing first.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices are fixed and shown on your invoice before you pay.
• Unless your invoice says otherwise, you pay 50% to start (the deposit) and 50% on launch day (the balance).
• You pay by card through Stripe, a secure payment company. We never see or store your full card number.
• Invoices are due by the date shown on them. We launch the site once the balance is paid.

3. Cancellations and refunds

• The mockup is free. If you don't like it, you owe nothing.
• Before the build starts: if you cancel, we refund your deposit in full.
• After the build starts: the deposit covers work already done and is not refunded.
• Monthly plans are month to month. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Months already paid are not refunded.

4. Timeline

Most sites go live about two weeks after the deposit. That depends on getting what we need from you, like your logo, photos and access to your domain. If we're waiting on you, the timeline moves with it.

5. Who owns what

• Your domain is registered in your name.
• Once your project is paid in full, the words, photos and design made for your site are yours.
• You confirm you have the right to use any logos, photos and text you send us.
• We may show your site in our examples unless you ask us not to.

6. Monthly plans

Growth and other monthly plans cover hosting, upkeep and the extras listed on the plan. They start after launch and bill each month by card until you cancel.

7. Results

We build every site the right way for Google and AI search, but no one controls where Google or any AI tool ranks a business. We don't promise a specific ranking, number of leads or amount of sales.

8. Limits

Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the project. We aren't responsible for outages or changes at companies we don't control, like hosting providers, Google, Stripe or app stores.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't apply to a project you've already paid for.
